Our neighbors at Pop’s Pepper Patch turned 30 years old 2024. To celebrate their anniversary, we teamed up to create a Pickle Gose modeled after their infamous “Habagardil” pickles. We started with a kettle-soured wheat beer, then cold conditioned it with the perfect amount of Pop’s pickle brine.

Lightly tart and ultra refreshing with aromatics of fresh dill and flavors of Louisville’s favorite pickle, with a subtle heat that lingers on a lightly salty and briny finish. It’s quite a jarring experience that we are excited to share with all of you.
